Christ’s Church should be a people who’s hearts are ready to serve Him and each other. This distinguishes the Church and just a “gathering of people.” We live in a world of individuality, independence and pleasing ourselves. These selfish concepts have crept in, even penetrated deeply in the Church. In contrast to this, God has called us to be a people who are 1) holding fast the confession of faith; 2) Stirring up one another to love and good deeds; 3) Not neglecting to meet together; and 4) Encouraging one another.

As Pastors and church leaders must show a good example of our words reflecting the life we live. Jesus was a great example of how sometimes it is better not to return insults, chat in excess, speak carelessly or excessively. One day we will be judged and give account for all our words.
