He lectures on the nature of the church, the personal life of believers and the ministry of pastors including his teaching and sermons. The author cites the first letter of the Apostle Paul to Timothy as the foundation for this discussion whose main objective is to direct the listeners in regards to the life of the church and pastoral ministry.
